The role supports the Bid Studio in producing high-quality proposals, presentations, and marketing materials for major infrastructure and development projects across the Middle East and Europe. What You'll Do

• Assist in designing layouts, graphics, and visual materials for proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral
• Adapt and prepare templates, images, and layouts to project requirements
• Support the creation of infographics, charts, covers, and simple animations
• Ensure consistency with Parsons' and client brand guidelines
• Maintain and organize design libraries and files
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative input
• Learn design workflow best practices and assist with preparing files for print and digital output

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• 0-2 years of professional design experience (internships and academic projects accepted)
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop (knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn in a deadline-driven environment
• A developing portfolio showcasing creativity, technical skills, and potential for growth
