At Sana Commerce, we\'re looking for a Finance & Revenue Operations Specialist to support the revenue processes of our international team in collaboration with our colleagues in The Netherlands and Sri Lanka.



What you\'ll be doing:

• Managing the daily Purchase\xe2\x80\x93to\xe2\x80\x93Pay processes of the local entity. Which includes preparing bank transactions, processing purchase invoices, and expense reports;
• Monthly closing of local financial accounts, including compliance and governmental filings like VAT returns;
• Working with HR colleagues to ensure accurate and timely processing of salary payments and ensuring local government laws on payroll accounting;
• Managing day-to-day inquiries from colleagues within the Dubai office;
• Acting as a gatekeeper between commercial and financial reporting. Both commercial and financial reporting are based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 technology stack.

Qualifications

What you\'ll bring:

• A bachelor\'s degree in accounting or finance is required;
• At least 2 years of experience in the field of accounting in the United Arab Emirates and the EMEA region;
• A (near) native level in English, both verbally and written;
• You have proven experience and understanding of Accounts Payable Management, VAT returns filing, and payroll processing and payments;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics financial packaging and/or SaaS experience is a plus;
• Very keen on details, structured, and on top of your game. You take ownership and responsibility in order to ensure local compliance.
