\xe2\x80\x8bCharterhouse are currently managing a search for a consultancy practice within the engineering and risk advisory space. The client, out of their Dubai hub, is looking to recruit a Finance & Operations Specialist whom will lead the provisions spanning all business operations, financial reporting and administration support.

About the role
This role will support the Operations teams in the day-to-day oversight across a core of disciplines which spans office support, payroll, expense reporting and budget controls and shall ultimately support the front-line business across commercial and development objectives.

In conjunction, this role shall also involve ad-hoc based reporting extending to staffing and any personal deployment across the project pipeline with an oversight to any HR, visa, PRO and contractual documentation processes. On top of this, the role shall add the support invoicing and collection duties aligned to work-in-progress and the documentation of any revenue recognition points within contractual agreements and terms.

This Specialist shall also provide support to the audit trail, from both a documentation and control standpoint, whereby all processes, controls and financial accounts are consolidated and filed meeting the required compliance aspects and governance.

About the role
The client will look to recruit a finance and operations professional, whom is able to demonstrate up to five years of experience within a middle office, finance and administration-based role whilst also being able to demonstrate and deliver a knowledge of contract/legal support, documentation policy plus an appreciation of office and facilities management. The position shall also demand strong communication skills; whereby the successful candidate is able to manage both internal stakeholders along with external bodies and partners across a full range of functional disciplines.

The nature of the organisation, and the industry, would mean that a candidate coming from a project-based and/or consultancy background would be deemed as beneficial thus allowing candidates to support the business line along with any regulatory bodies, vendors and service providers.
