We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced

Junior Estimator

with strong knowledge of joinery works and proficiency in AutoCAD to join our interior fit-out team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project drawings and specifications, and supporting the commercial team in bidding and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing estimates and BOQs for interior fit-out projects. Support in reading and interpreting architectural and joinery drawings. Carry out basic material take-offs and quantity calculations using AutoCAD. Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for accurate costing support. Obtaining pricing from suppliers and subcontractors. Support the review of tender documents, drawings, and specifications. Help in preparing technical and commercial submissions. Track project costs and assist in budget updates. Attend site visits or meetings when required to understand project scope.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience as a Junior Estimator (preferably in joinery/interior fit-out industry). Knowledge of joinery materials, items, and finishes. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word). Understanding of local market rates and supplier networks (preferred). Strong numerical, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills. Good communication and organizational abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
