Role Summary/Purpose

The Junior Design Engineer will assist in the design, coordination, and execution of MEP works for swimming pools, fountains, and water feature projects. This role involves preparing detailed design drawings, technical documentation, and supporting project teams in implementing electromechanical systems according to project specifications and standards. The Junior Engineer will also liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. The position provides exposure to both design and site-related tasks, offering career growth opportunities within the electromechanical and consulting field.

Qualifications/Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Experience: o Minimum 1-2 years of experience in MEP contracting company. Knowledge of MEP systems design and drafting (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software). Understanding of pumps, piping systems, HVAC, firefighting, and water features. Ability to prepare technical submittals, BOQs, and design documentation. High fluency in English (written and spoken). o Excellent communication and coordination skills with consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Strong character, proactive, and detail-oriented. o Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. o Team player with a willingness to learn and grow into a consulting role.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing detailed design drawings, technical submittals, and BOQs. Support coordination and attend meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors on design and construction details. Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards. Assist in troubleshooting design or construction issues and recommending solutions. Report progress, design updates, and issues to senior engineers and management.
