Apt Resources is looking for motivated and detail-oriented Junior Collection Agents to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the collection of outstanding debts and managing customer accounts. You will work closely with clients to ensure timely payments and resolve any discrepancies while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Responsibilities
Salary: 3000 AED (basic and allowances) - negotiable depending on experience
Performance Incentive: From 1000 AED and more
Work Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM (including 1 hour break) 6 days a week
Benefits as per the UAE Labor Law

Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection of overdue payments through phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Review customer accounts and reconcile discrepancies
- Provide excellent customer service while handling inquiries and addressing concerns related to payments
- Maintain accurate records of communications with clients in the database
- Work closely with the collections team to achieve departmental goals
- Follow up with clients on payment agreements and promises made
- Prepare reports on account statuses and collections progress
- Adhere to company policies and regulations regarding debt collection
- Prior experience in collections, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism
- Familiarity with collection software or CRM systems is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- High degree of resilience and ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Must be in UAE
