CreditCare Credit Management LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Senior Team Leader - Collections

to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in debt collection and team supervision, with the ability to lead, train, and motivate a team of collection agents to achieve daily and monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise a team of collection agents and ensure daily collection targets are met Monitor calls and provide feedback and coaching for performance improvement Resolve escalated customer issues professionally and in a timely manner Analyze collection reports and update management on progress Implement strategies to improve recovery rates Train and onboard new team members Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE financial regulations
? Job Requirements:

Minimum

3 years of experience

in debt collection or a similar field Proven experience in

team supervision or leadership

roles Strong knowledge of UAE debt collection laws and practices Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus) Proficient in MS Office and collection software tools Must be currently residing in

Dubai, UAE

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday

10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
