principal Accountability Manage the brand portfolio merchandising, pricing and execution Assist in Managing the portfolio pricing Work closely with the sales team and work on the monthly promotions Responsible to achieve the monthly sales targets Leads the execution of the annual marketing plan CO-Responsible for the P&L of specific brands Assist in leading the portfolio communication with internal and external stakeholders Lead agencies through the development and execution of the advertising and consumer promotion support plan Be the right brand ambassador who drives equity, awareness and off-take Responsibilities Executes program metric alignment and measurement. Provides input in monthly analytics of syndicated resources and internal performance metrics Guide's agency partners in event marketing initiatives and execution Execute marketing plans including consumer promotions, advertising, shopper marketing, PR, digital and events Assist marketing team with the development and tracking of pricing and retail promotional strategies. Assist with P&L management and reconciliation. Participate in new product and packaging projects and new product pipeline development. Skills and Competencies Strong teamwork, problem solving and presentation skills Advanced PC skills: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP, statistical software desired Excellent written and verbal communication, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
