Job Description
An edible oil company in Abu Dhabi is looking to hire a dynamic executive to manage the demand & supply operations:
- Responsible of achieving Integrated departmental objectives
- Work on Improving Overall Supply Chain Reliability and Responsiveness in order to achieve Targeted Service Levels i.e. OTIF, Fill Rates, Order Turnarounds Time etc
- Conduct SnOPs and Weekly / Monthly Meetings with Stakeholders to discuss Capacities, Resources, In Hand Orders, Target Vs Achievement, Forecasting Errors, Production Plan and Purchase Requisition Compliances, Warehouse Utilization, Logistical Issues, Inventory Turns, Inventory Carrying Cost,Backlogs etc.
- Responsible of Master Production Scheduling, Capacity Requirement Planning, DDMRP, Resource Allocation, Rough Cut Plan / Unconstrained Plan, Monthly and Weekly Constrained Production Plans, Weekly Material Issuance and Dispatch Plans
- To support production and customer service teams to meet business targets
- Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency and overall cost structure
- Lead Inventory Management and ensure that stocks are available as per company norms
- Monitor stock level and arrange for timely replenishment with the help of Inventory Management System
