Our client is a multinational Logistics & Supply Chain company that delivers integrated solutions to support governments and commercial organizations across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.

This position is a contract for 6 months which could be extended based on business needs. Only candidates currently serving notice or available immediately can be considered.

Responsibilities:
1. Posting of daily and monthly transactions (Provisions, Expenses, Reversal of Provisions, etc.).
(a) Post entries as per requirements from the Business Controller.
2. Weekly reconciliation of Sales journals against GL and P&L.
3. Prepare template of weekly meeting file for inventories.
4. Follow up weekly pending vouchers with supply chain and logistics.
5. Preparing monthly Accounts Ledger Analysis and checking all entries are posted to correct accounts.
(a) Monthly analysis and justification of Balance Sheet Accounts with proper documentation.
6. Assist the Business Controller in gathering documents for stakeholders and auditors and on other ad hoc
requirements.
7. Follow up open tickets with IT department and ensure they are investigated and settled.
8. Assist the Logistics Team in the physical stock reconciliation and explanations of discrepancies.
(a) Reports to be received from Logistics team with explanation of differences between the physical count
and system Stock List.
9. Prepare monthly inventories reporting and ensure provisions are processed for aged items as per company
policy.
(a) Internal Reporting by Handle and Allocation by country; Ageing and allocation.
(b) Follow-up file to be set-up for ageing stocks and depreciation provision which explains the P&L
Depreciation and Balance Sheet Provision.
10. Reconcile Ledger Accounts with Supply Chain Reports for ALL accounts which are generated from supply
chain processes monthly.
(a) Ensure ALL reports are approved and received from the Supply Chain Manager.
(b) Reconcile Turnover, Cost of Sales and Gross Margin by country and Business Unit.
(c) Reconcile supply chain Goods in Transit and Stock reports with GL.
(d) Reconcile Goods Received Not Vouchered; Freight Received not Vouchered.
(e) Communicate the final monthly reports to be checked and justified by supply chain and logistics
teams.
