We are currently looking for a Business Controller Officer for our Middle East zone. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Business & Project Cost control of our activity in the region. This position reports to the Regional CFO. We leverage our expertise to serve our clients and develop integrated technical solutions in two main areas: construction and structure repair \xc3\xa0 https://www.freyssinet.com/ Scope : 270 Employees - around 35M\xe2\x82\xac through seven subsidiaries to supervise in the region (UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Jordan, KSA and Egypt) Your main task are :

• Supervise (in coordination with the operations):

• the quarterly accounting fast-close (IFRS/IAS compliant) with production of full BS /P&L / Cash-flow statements & Intercompany reconciliation
• the budgets and reforecasts;
• the monthly commercial report (Commercial activity and treasury).

• Aggregate, challenge and monitor the main indicators (Sales, Invoiced amounts, Under billing, NM, OVH, net debt, ROPA, treasury, capex, backlog, order intake\xe2\x80\xa6):
• Challenge the monthly cash forecasts (prepared by the Deputy Chief accountant from the daily cash monitoring) and monitors the financial debt;
• Report the P&L, Balance Sheet, Appendices and indicators into our internal applications
• Support the annual audits monitored by the Chief Accountant and his deputies.

  Assist Operational teams on implementing project cost control and financial control of their activity;
• Follow-up of Business Unit ME projects in coordination with Project and Operations Managers: control on margins, cash flows, hours spent, aging balance, invoices issued, uncertified works...

Moreover, you will participate in the development and implementation of financial control tools, continue developing Power Query, Power BI, power Automate. You also support the Junior controller managing the bond portfolio, in term of issuance, amendment, and liquidation and assist the CFO in other specific legal, accounting and tax matters. You will be hired with a local employment contract.
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills :

• Master degree or Business Administration school.
• Minimum 4 / 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as business controller / Finance
• Management.Experience in External Audit and Construction industry is preferred.
• Fluent in English. Native French is preferred.
• Good communication skills internally, rigorous, tenacious, synthetic, analytical, independent, and organized.
• Excellent skills on XL, Power Query and Power BI. Ability to work with an ERP.
• Experience on a reporting tool such as Magnitude (Vision 3) / HFM.
