Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting entries.
Process invoices, receipts, and expenses.
Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
Monitor accounts payable/receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
Support monthly reconciliation of bank statements and petty cash.
Organize and maintain digital and physical records of financial documents.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for payment-related matters.
Assist the Senior Accountant or Management with any additional finance tasks.
Requirements:
Experience as a Bookkeeper, Accounting Assistant, or similar role.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks or similar is an advantage).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Fluency in English; strong communication skills.
