Horton Interiors is seeking a motivated Junior Authority Approval Engineer to support our fit-out projects by assisting with regulatory approvals and ensuring compliance with UAE authority standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with submissions and follow-ups to Dubai authorities (DM, DCD, TECOM, Trakhees, DEWA, etc.).
Review drawings and documents for compliance with local regulations.
Coordinate with design, engineering, and project teams to collect required documentation.
Support in scheduling site inspections and resolving approval-related queries.
Maintain logs, records, and reports for all authority submissions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
0-2 years of experience (fresh graduates welcome).
Basic understanding of UAE authority procedures is a plus.
Ability to read drawings; AutoCAD knowledge is preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
