We don\'t provide any basic Salary only Hard Cold Cash in the form of Hefty Commissions The Junior Associate Partner will be responsible for the management and growth of Al Ranim Properties. This includes but is not limited to: - Finding and developing relationships with new clients - Maintaining current client relationships - Generating new business opportunities - Creating and implementing marketing plans - Finding potential Properties for Sale or Rent & Advertising it on various marketing portals - Performing comparative market analysis to determine the value of properties - Providing home staging services to help sellers prepare their home for sale in order to get the best price possible Requirements - Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in Real Estate, Banking, Mortgage or Insurance - Proven track record in sales - Excellent people skills - Self-motivated and driven - Fluent in English or either one of the languages ( Arabic, Hindi, French, German, Spanish, Russian, Chinese ) The ideal candidate will have experience in Dubai\'s real estate market, Customer service, Wealth Management, excellent communication, and organizational skills, and a proven track record of success in sales or business development, last but not least must be Goal Oriented, The Junior Associate Partner will work alongside the Partners to help grow the company.
