Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Architectural Draftsman to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about design, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare architectural drawings and shop drawings with accuracy and attention to detail. Develop 3D visualizations and renderings using 3ds Max or similar software. Support in preparing submission packages for developers and authorities. Collaborate with the design team to ensure timely delivery of projects. Assist in producing detailed architectural plans, sections, and elevations. Assist in preparing presentations, mood boards, and design concepts to support the design team. Maintain organized project documentation and drawing records. Review drawings to ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and authority requirements. Provide support in site coordination and clarifications when needed. Assist in developing quantity take-offs and material schedules for submissions.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in architectural drafting. Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Microsoft Office (or equivalent software). Creative, energetic, and a strong team player with good communication skills. Ambitious, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks efficiently. based on experience. o A dynamic work environment with opportunities to grow and learn. o Exposure to diverse projects and professional development.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
