Are you a detail-oriented architectural draftsman with a passion for precision and compliance? Citadel HMC is expanding its dynamic team and seeking a talented Junior Architectural Draftsman to contribute to innovative projects in Dubai's fast-paced construction landscape!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed CAD drawings, plans, and schematics for architectural projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to translate design concepts into technical drawings.
- Ensure all drawings comply with Dubai Municipality (DM) and Dubai Civil Defense (DCD) regulations and standards.
- Revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements.
- Maintain organized documentation and version control for all drafting work.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in architectural drafting.
- Proven familiarity with Dubai authority submission processes (DM & DCD required).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or BIM is a plus.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation, building codes, and technical standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork ethic.
