The Role:

• Main Responsibilites:
• Support Backend Development: Assist in building and maintaining backend services for AI-native workflows.
• Agent Workflow Support: Help implement and test LangGraph-based multi-step LLM agent orchestration.
• Data Ingestion & Processing: Assist in setting up secure ingestion flows for structured/unstructured financial data, including parsing and summarization tasks.
• Model Integration Assistance: Support fine-tuning, benchmarking, and optimisation of LLMs under senior guidance, including model weight quantization for efficient deployment.
• Vector Store Management: Help maintain vector databases, embeddings, and RAG pipelines.
• Automation & CI/CD Support: Assist in developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines).
• Monitoring & Logging: Contribute to implementing monitoring, logging, and performance tracking systems for backend components.
• Multi-Modal Data Exposure: Learn to process and integrate multi-modal inputs such as text, tables, charts, and audio transcripts.

Required:

• Minimum 3 years in backend development (Python required).
• 2+ years of Professional experience with producing deploying AI/ML systems and products.
• Strong knowledge of Python-based backend frameworks.
• Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or containerised environment.
• Strong knowledge of vector databases or retrieval systems.
• Understanding of APIs and data processing workflows.
• Strong willingness to develop expertise in AI orchestration, fine-tuning, and backend architecture.

Nice to have:

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Exposure to fintech or investment management environments.
• Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning, embeddings, or vector search technologies.
