Position Overview
As a Backend Engineer, you will develop scalable backend services and APIs that power LLM-driven workflows, including RAG pipelines and AI orchestration systems. You will collaborate with research and engineering teams to deliver intelligent, high-performance applications suitable for real-world deployment.
What You'll Do

• Design and develop robust backend services and REST APIs using Python.
• Build scalable AI workflows integrating LLMs for intelligent system orchestration.
• Implement agent-based architectures using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
• Ensure system reliability through observability, logging, and fault-tolerance mechanisms.
• Deploy and maintain production-grade services optimized for scalability and performance.

Ideal Profile

• 5+ years of experience in backend or full-stack development with backend focus.
• Strong proficiency in Python and microservice architecture.
• Proven experience integrating LLMs and building AI-driven workflows.
• Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, and RAG pipelines.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for distributed teams.
