The Semrush Affiliate Program drives new users/customers to Semrush via reputable web-based partnerships such as bloggers, companies, educators, etc. The teams' primary goal is growth.

Currently, we are looking for a new talented and motivated team member, who will provide our affiliates (partners) with instant and effective support and who will be developing relationships with our partners for achieving team's main goal.

Key responsibilities: * Execute day-to-day affiliate support tasks: commercial and technical support, fraud checks.

• Supervise incoming requests (via emails, a tickets system, and internal company channels).
• Solve tickets via a tickets system (Zendesk).
• New registrations (applications) check and approve on affiliate platforms.
• Manage affiliate operations: onboard newly joined affiliates, tax form evaluation, affiliate payments, dispute resolution.
• Look for potential partners and cooperate with existing Semrush affiliates, analyze their performance, see new areas for improvement, and provide them with specific recommendations (in future, account management tasks).

Job requirements * Fluent English (spoken and written) is a must (other languages are preferable)

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, multi-tasking
• Great communication skills
• You know what ownership of a task means and how to deliver it
