1 year in Accounting/Finance (UAE experience required)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Junior Accountant to support our finance operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate has UAE accounting experience, attention to detail, and fluency in Gujarati (written & spoken).
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily accounting operations and maintain accurate ledgers.
Prepare invoices, process payments, and reconcile bank statements.
Support accounts receivable/payable and follow up with clients/vendors.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors and prepare reports as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 1 year UAE experience in accounting/finance.
Fluent in Gujarati (written & spoken).
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar).
Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations.
Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred:
Experience with ERP systems and payroll processing.
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
