is one of Dubai's fastest-growing luxury and economy car rental companies, known for delivering seamless customer experiences and premium vehicle quality. We are expanding our team and looking for adedicated, detail-oriented Junior Accountant
to support our finance and operations departments.Job Responsibilities:
Manage
daily accounting and administrative tasks
, ensuring accurate and timely recordkeeping. Handleinvoices, receipts, and payment processing
for rental transactions. Trackcustomer payments
, prepare account summaries, and managecollection of late or pending payments
professionally. Coordinate with theoperations team
to reconcile rental agreements and vehicle handovers with accounting records. Assist in preparingmonthly financial and expense reports
. Maintainaccurate documentation
and ensure compliance with UAE accounting and VAT regulations. Support general administrative duties such as filing, contract documentation, and communication with clients when needed.Requirements:
Based in
Dubai, UAE
. Minimum1 year of experience in accounting
, preferably within thecar rental or automotive industry
. Strong understanding ofaccounting principles
, reconciliations, andMicrosoft Excel
. Good organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer interaction abilities.Arabic language
is a plus.Immediate availability
