This is for our Sharjah Muwaileh Cafe Location*

We are looking for

a Hot Kitchen Chef (CDP)

that will assist the kitchen staff, with dynamic kitchen Profession, who has ability to deliver extraordinary levels of Customer Services and provide creative ideas.

Experience in Mediterranean, Asia, Oriental cuisine.

-Responsible to take care of the daily food preparation and duties assigned to meet the set standard and qualities whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as: -

Provides guidance to junior kitchen staff members, including, but not limited, to line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating.

To maintain proper records of all the requirements are up to mark as per requirement.

Oversees and organizes kitchen stock and ingredients.

Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control.

Ensures a first-in, first-out food rotation system and verifies all food products are properly dated and organized for quality assurance

Keeps cooking stations stocked, especially before and during prime operation hours

Trains new kitchen employees to cafe and kitchen standards

Manages food and product ordering by keeping detailed records and minimizes waste

Coordinates with restaurant management team on supply ordering, budget, and kitchen efficiency and staffing

Skills Requirements:

Preference For "Male Candidate Only" Diploma in food production or relevant field Experience. At least 4 - 5 years' experience in a hot kitchen, handling Team as well. Proven experience pastry-making, baking or relevant role. In-depth knowledge of food preparation and baking techniques. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work cohesively as part of a team, with proper. Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
