We're looking for dynamic Sales Representatives who are passionate about HoReCa and committed to driving both client satisfaction and sales results. This role covers two key areas:
Managing and growing existing clients
: ensuring regular orders, providing ongoing support, and responding promptly to all requests
Acquiring and onboarding new clients
: building relationships with targeted prospects to expand our customer base
The ideal candidate will:
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients
Have a proactive, results-driven approach to both retaining and attracting customers
Be attentive to details, organized, and skilled in maintaining accurate sales records
Embrace sustainable development principles and be eager to contribute to environmental preservation
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and grow sales with existing clients, ensuring regular communication and smooth order processes
Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
Actively prospect, approach, and onboard new HoReCa clients
Organize meetings and tastings, negotiate with customers for free product testing and samples
Plan and manage tasks and customer profiles in the CRM program, ensuring accurate data entry and tracking
Keep precise records in Excel (including basic formulas, tables, and reports)
Suggest ways to improve the efficiency of the sales department
Maintain continuous contact with clients for any needs or questions
Requirements
UAE driving license and personal vehicle (mandatory)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining sales records and client data
Proficiency in Excel (basic formulas, tables, reporting)
Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of engaging in meaningful dialogue with clients
Proactive approach to sales, actively working towards closing deals
Creativity in problem-solving and tailoring product presentations to suit client needs
High energy level and self-motivation to meet and exceed targets
Proficiency in sales techniques and handling objections
Effective communication skills, both oral and written, with adherence to professional ethics
Ability to work remotely with sufficient PC and internet skills; familiarity with tools such as Skype, Zoom, Google Drive, Google Docs, and messaging apps
