Responsibilities:
Able to understand given dwgs , 2D, 3D renderings and construction drawings.
Quantify and generate quotations based on existing drawings by deriving relevant information. Assist with Estimation of cost.
Participate in discussions regarding design for projects.
Attend site visit and team meetings. Preparing and sharing of quotations with clients.
Following up with clients on quotations and updating system entries.
Requirements:
Minimum Two Years Experience is needed.
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or CIVIL ENGINEERING.
Excellent understanding of cost estimation principles and methods.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
