Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator with an HR background to support and coordinate various HR and cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage timelines, ensure smooth execution, and liaise with multiple departments and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and monitor HR-related projects, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and training initiatives.
  • Assist in project planning, resource allocation, timeline development, and budget tracking.
  • Collaborate with HR, operations, and other departments to gather requirements, update project statuses, and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation such as project plans, reports, meeting minutes, and risk registers.
  • Supported organizing workshops, training sessions, and employee surveys as part of project deliverables.
  • Track KPIs and metrics related to HR initiatives and generate regular reports for management.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency on project goals and progress.
  • Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR and Project Management teams.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • 2 4 years of experience in an HR coordination, HR generalist, or project coordinator role.
  • Understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2) or HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage.
