The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage timelines, ensure smooth execution, and liaise with multiple departments and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor HR-related projects, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and training initiatives.
Assist in project planning, resource allocation, timeline development, and budget tracking.
Collaborate with HR, operations, and other departments to gather requirements, update project statuses, and resolve bottlenecks.
Prepare and maintain project documentation such as project plans, reports, meeting minutes, and risk registers.
Supported organizing workshops, training sessions, and employee surveys as part of project deliverables.
Track KPIs and metrics related to HR initiatives and generate regular reports for management.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency on project goals and progress.
Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Provide administrative support to the HR and Project Management teams.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
24 years of experience in an HR coordination, HR generalist, or project coordinator role.
Understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana) is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2) or HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage.
