Using advanced data-collection technology to innovative software enabling remote collaboration, we work across the whole Baker Hughes product portfolios Partner with the best As a Joint Operations Account Manager, you will take ownership for and represent Baker Hughes. Using your knowledge of the market and customers, you will build trusted relationship. Acting as an ambassador for the customer, you will contribute innovative insights that generate new and maximize existing sales opportunities. As a Joint Operations Account Manager, you will be responsible for: ·Sales force effectiveness, productivity analysis, allocation of resources and territory coverage, sales incentives, Salesforce CRM platform and tools, lead for commercial planning and forecasting, Inquiry to Order (ITO) processes, ITO lead for business reviews. Cleans and maintains data in Commercial and other core systems (CRMs, SFDC, ERPs, etc.). ·Handles products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used. Sales processes require technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions. ·Manages complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistical, and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal. ·Handles important clients for a product line. ·Cooperates with technical colleagues to answer customer requests and discuss local conditions. ·Department is involved in medium-sized sales. ·Prepares well proposals for single or bundled product line offerings.

Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Have minimum 9 years of overall experience in Directional drilling, Drilling Engineering and sales and account management. Show a successful history of delivering on sales strategies Demonstrate understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow management Strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills along with interpersonal and leadership skills Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
