Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the joinery workshop to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects. Plan, schedule, and assign tasks to carpenters, machinists, and finishers based on project requirements. Monitor production progress to meet quality standards and deadlines. Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials. Inspect all joinery works at various stages of production to ensure compliance with design drawings, specifications, and company quality standards. Implement corrective actions for defects or non-conformities identified during inspections. Interpret technical drawings and provide clear instructions to workshop teams. Coordinate with the design, project, and site teams to clarify joinery details and resolve technical issues. Suggest improvements in joinery designs to enhance efficiency, material usage, and durability. Ensure proper storage, handling, and usage of materials and tools in the workshop. Enforce safety standards and ensure all staff comply with company health and safety regulations. Supervise and motivate workshop personnel to achieve productivity and quality goals. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and site teams to align workshop production with project timelines. Ensure all workshop machinery and tools are regularly serviced and maintained. Monitor material wastage and implement measures to minimize it.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
