to oversee joinery works at our project sites. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in woodwork, fit-out, and site supervision, ensuring quality, timelines, and safety are maintained throughout the execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities related to joinery and carpentry works.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
Read and interpret technical drawings and joinery/shop drawings.
Allocate tasks to site workers and monitor performance.
Ensure all joinery work complies with quality standards and project specifications.
Conduct site inspections and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Monitor and manage materials, tools, and manpower at the site.
Report daily progress to the project manager and flag any issues or delays.
Enforce safety and compliance standards on-site.
Coordinate with the workshop and logistic teams for material deliveries and fabrication requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Joinery/Carpentry Site Supervisor in the UAE or GCC.
Strong knowledge of joinery, carpentry, and fit-out works.
Ability to manage site staff, subcontractors, and multiple tasks effectively.
Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Arabic is a plus).
Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and plans.
Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
