Key responsibilities
Staff and workflow management
: Supervise and coordinate all joinery activities, train and guide staff, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Quality and compliance
: Ensure all joinery work meets design specifications, quality standards, and relevant safety regulations.
Site supervision
: Conduct regular site inspections to check on progress and the quality of finished products.
Resource management
: Review project plans, allocate necessary materials and tools, and monitor material usage and labor hours.
Problem-solving
: Troubleshoot and resolve any joinery-related challenges that arise on-site.
Record-keeping
: Maintain accurate records of project progress, material usage, and labor.
