We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

Pool Supervisor

to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of our pool facilities. The ideal candidate must possess a

valid Qatar driving license

and demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the overall operations of the swimming pool and its facilities. Monitor water quality, pool cleanliness, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Lead a team of cleaners and maintenance staff, assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion of duties. Conduct regular inspections of pool equipment and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed. Ensure pool users adhere to safety protocols and handle emergency situations effectively. Prepare daily reports on pool usage, maintenance activities, and incidents.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Pool Supervisor or in a similar role.

Valid Qatar driving license

(mandatory). Strong knowledge of pool maintenance, water treatment, and safety procedures. Ability to lead and manage a team effectively. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Pay: QAR2,400.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
