Key Responsibilities:
Ample technical knowledge on the Joinery Work execution
Knows step-wise procedure on site from delivery up to the closing of the project
Familiar on following up of the MIR and WIR
Knowledgeable on the solutions of any rectification required for Joinery on Site
Attending inspection with Consultant and Main Contractor
Monitor Manpower and Site Work Progress with reporting skills is necessary
Have UAE Experience minimum of 2 Years and have UAE Driving License
Requirements:
Proven experience in joinery and site supervision.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Valid driving license (essential).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
