Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily on-site operations and ensure proper execution of all tasks.
Lead site workers and uphold high standards of workmanship.
Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to meet project deadlines.
Enforce safety procedures and conduct regular site safety inspections.
Manage materials, equipment, and workforce requirements efficiently.
Prepare and submit daily or weekly progress reports to senior management.
Address and resolve technical or workforce issues promptly.
Maintain effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
