Key Responsibilities
Supervise, coordinate, and monitor all joinery installation activities on site
Review drawings, project specifications, and site conditions before execution
Plan daily tasks, allocate manpower, and ensure work progress matches project schedules
Inspect work quality to ensure adherence to technical drawings, specifications, and standards
Coordinate with project managers, designers, contractors, and clients for smooth workflow
Resolve on-site technical issues and provide quick solutions to avoid delays
Ensure all site works follow health, safety, and environmental regulations
Monitor material deliveries, usage, and report shortages to procurement/management
Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and manpower allocation reports
Guide, train, and motivate the site team to maintain productivity and discipline
Support installation team in complex technical joinery details when required
Ensure timely completion and handover of projects while maintaining high quality standards
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in
joinery/interior fit-out site supervision
Strong knowledge of joinery details, furniture installation, and finishing works
Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and project specifications
Proven leadership and site management skills with a hands-on approach
Good communication and coordination skills in English and Hindi
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
