Ensure proper installation alignment, leveling, and finishing as per approved drawings.
Manage manpower deployment and daily work progress.
Verify site measurements and coordinate with the factory for material adjustments.
Conduct site inspections, report progress, and attend client coordination meetings.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and work permits.
Prepare daily reports, site logs, and installation checklists.
Requirements:
Minimum
5-8 years experience
.
Technical Diploma or background in Carpentry/Joinery.
Strong site management and leadership skills.
Knowledge of joinery materials, installation tools, and fixing methods.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting detailed drawings.
Valid
UAE driving license.
