Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced

Finishing Site Foreman

to supervise and coordinate finishing carpentry works on site. The candidate should have strong knowledge of

interior finishes, joinery, doors, skirting, wardrobes, and decorative wood

works

. The role requires excellent leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality workmanship within project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of finishing carpenters and helpers on site.

Plan daily activities and allocate tasks to ensure smooth progress of finishing works.

Ensure all carpentry works (doors, wardrobes, skirting, wall cladding, ceiling details, etc.) are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.

Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure quality standards are met.

Coordinate with site engineers, other trade foremen, and subcontractors to resolve technical and site issues.

Manage materials, tools, and equipment efficiently to minimize wastage.

Ensure all safety rules and regulations are strictly followed at the site.

Maintain daily reports for manpower, progress, and material usage.

Requirements

Minimum

3-6 years of experience

as a Finishing Site Foreman in interior fit-out or building construction.

Proven experience in joinery and interior finishing works (

Residential, Commercial projects).

Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and detailed finishing layouts.

Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

Knowledge of materials, finishing details, and carpentry techniques.

Ability to manage a team and deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
