Job Description

Job Purpose:



To supervise joinery installations at site, coordinating with design and production teams to ensure timely and accurate installation of wooden elements such as doors, panels, wardrobes, counters, and custom furniture.

? Key Responsibilities:



Oversee on-site installation of joinery items (custom furniture, decorative woodworks, wall paneling, etc.).

Ensure installation matches shop drawings and interior design intent.

Manage site carpenters, helpers, and sub-teams.

Coordinate with clients and consultants for mock-ups, approvals, and variations.

Check material deliveries for quality and quantity compliance.

Solve installation issues in real time and escalate where needed.

Supervise snag list closure and final handover process

? Requirements:



3+ years of joinery supervision experience in the UAE.

Strong technical background in carpentry/joinery manufacturing and site coordination.

Can interpret CAD/shop drawings and technical details.

Knowledge of different timber, veneer, laminate, and hardware applications.

Salary: AED 3,000 - 4,000/month (depending on experience)

6-day work week (typically Sunday)

Ability to speak Arabic, English and Hindi/Urdu
