Job Summary:

The Site Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily site operations for interior fit-out projects, ensuring that all work is executed efficiently, safely, and to the required standards. The role involves managing site teams, liaising with subcontractors and suppliers, monitoring progress, and reporting to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead site activities for interior fit-out works including partitions, ceilings, joinery, flooring, painting, and MEP coordination. Interpret and execute construction drawings, specifications, and scope of work. Ensure works are performed according to quality standards and project timelines. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless site execution. Monitor workforce attendance, productivity, and site discipline. Inspect materials delivered to site and ensure they meet project requirements. Maintain accurate site reports, including daily progress, labor deployment, material usage, and incidents. Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Provide feedback and updates to the Project Manager on work progress and site issues. Support snagging, handover, and project closeout processes.

Requirements:

Diploma or Technical Certificate in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Foreman in interior fit-out projects. Strong understanding of fit-out work processes and construction sequencing. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Good communication and leadership skills. Knowledge of health & safety and quality control standards. UAE experience and a valid driving license (preferred).
