Asian Mold Craft International Decor is seeking an experienced and motivated

Fit-Out Site Foreman

to lead and supervise interior fit-out works at project sites. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in managing site activities for commercial, residential, and retail interior projects, with the ability to coordinate multiple trades, including joinery, gypsum, painting, flooring, and MEP.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out projects Monitor work progress, ensure timely completion, and maintain quality standards Coordinate between subcontractors, technicians, and site workers Review drawings and ensure work is executed as per approved shop drawings and specifications Ensure health & safety standards are followed on site Maintain site reports, progress logs, and provide daily updates to project manager Handle on-site troubleshooting and solve technical issues with efficiency Manage site materials, tools, and workforce allocation effectively
Requirements:

Minimum

5 To 10 years of experience

as a Site Foreman in

interior fit-out

projects in the UAE Strong knowledge of fit-out works: gypsum, ceilings, joinery, partitions, flooring, and finishing Familiar with MEP coordination on-site Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs Strong leadership, time management, and site coordination skills Basic knowledge of AutoCAD/shop drawings is a plus Must be currently available in the UAE and ready to join immediately Must Required UAE Driving License
