We are seeking a skilled and experienced Joinery Production Supervisor to join our team in SAIF Zone, Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have expertise in joinery and woodworking production, with strong leadership and organizational skills to oversee and manage the entire production process efficiently.

As a Joinery Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the production team, ensuring quality standards are met, managing production schedules, and troubleshooting any challenges that arise. You will also collaborate closely with the design team to ensure client specifications are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of carpenters, machine operators, and other production staff Oversee production schedules to ensure timely completion of all projects Ensure products meet quality standards and client specifications Work with design teams to ensure the accurate execution of client requirements Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly Maintain production records and reports Manage resources, materials, and tools efficiently Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Requirements:

Proven experience in joinery or woodworking production management Strong leadership and team management abilities Knowledge of joinery processes, woodworking machinery, and materials Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage production schedules and budgets Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulations
