We have opened a new joinery factory in Al Quoz and are looking for an experienced
Joinery Production Supervisor / Foreman
to lead our production team and ensure high-quality, on-time output.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate
cutting lists
from drawings.
Supervise carpenters and machine operators.
Oversee daily production: cutting ? assembly ? finishing.
Ensure proper use of machines (panel saw, edge bander, etc.).
Plan and manage production schedules and job allocations.
Coordinate with procurement and site teams.
Maintain quality standards and minimize material wastage.
Requirements:
8+ years UAE joinery experience
(kitchens, wardrobes, fit-out).
Strong knowledge of machines, materials, and factory workflow.
Ability to produce cutting lists independently.
Hands-on leadership style; proactive and detail-oriented.
Ability to manage 10-15 labourers.
English or Hindi/Urdu communication.
