kitchens, wardrobes, and other custom joinery items

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the complete production process for kitchens, wardrobes, and bespoke joinery works. This includes installation of items on site.
Monitor daily workflow, ensure quality standards, and meet delivery deadlines.
Operate and oversee the use of key joinery machinery including cutting machines, edge banding (lipping) machines, paint booth, and hinge boring machines.
Ensure machinery is well-maintained, safe, and functioning efficiently.
Lead and guide a team of joiners to deliver high-quality workmanship.
Work closely with design, procurement, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of joinery production experience in Dubai
.
In-depth knowledge of kitchen, wardrobe, and custom joinery manufacturing.
Hands-on experience with joinery machinery (cutting, edge banding/lipping, paint booth, hinge boring, etc.).
Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
