Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily joinery and furniture production activities in the workshop.
Plan and allocate manpower based on production priorities and schedules.
Monitor production progress and ensure targets are achieved on time.
Ensure all works are carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
Maintain quality control at every stage of production.
Coordinate with the drafting, planning, and installation teams.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of machines, tools, and materials.
Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized workshop.
Report daily production status, issues, and material requirements to management.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in joinery or furniture production, with supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of joinery processes, materials, and machinery.
Ability to read and understand shop drawings and cutting lists.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage teams and work under production deadlines.
