Responsibilities
? Oversee daily production activities to ensure timely and quality output of wood furniture.
? Plan and schedule production processes to meet project deadlines and client specifications.
? Lead and supervise carpenters, machine operators, finishers, and other factory staff.
? Ensure compliance with quality control standards and safety regulations.
? Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to align production with project needs.
? Monitor raw material usage, inventory levels, and minimize waste.
? Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements.
? Maintain machinery, tools, and workshop efficiency.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in wood or furniture production, with proven leadership experience.
Strong technical knowledge of wood joinery, finishes, materials, and furniture construction.
Excellent skills in production planning, manpower handling, and workflow optimization.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, or ERP systems related to production is a plus.
Fluency in English & Hindi is required;
