Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordination with Design and Production Teams:
Collaborate with the design team to select joinery materials that align with project requirements and budget constraints.
Work with the production team to prepare high-quality joinery samples for client approval.
Ensure that prepared samples accurately represent the final product's quality, finish, and specifications.
Facilitate the timely approval of samples by coordinating effectively with both design and client teams.
2. Project and Production Team Coordination:
Prepare regular status reports for each project, highlighting:
Key milestones.
Progress updates.
Issues or challenges encountered.
Share status reports with all relevant stakeholders, including project managers, clients, and internal teams.
3. Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of project documentation, such as:
Design drawings.
Material specifications.
Joinery production schedules.
Quality control reports.
Document any changes or deviations from the original project plan, including reasons and necessary approvals.
Ensure that all project documentation is organized and easily accessible for future reference.
4. Quality Control and Monitoring:
Coordinate closely with the joinery production team to monitor quality control measures.
Ensure that all joinery production activities meet the defined standards and project specifications.
Proactively identify potential risks or bottlenecks and communicate them to the relevant teams for resolution.
Qualifications and Skills:
A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
4-6 years of proven experience as a Joinery Production Coordinator in the UAE.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools and documentation software.
Familiarity with joinery material selection, sample preparation, and quality assurance processes.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
