A joinery and fit-out company in Dubai is looking for a
Joinery Production Manager
to manageworkshop operations, material planning, workmanship quality, and production timelines
.This role is ideal for a
senior joinery professional
with strong workshop and material knowledge.Key Responsibilities
Plan and control
joinery workshop production schedules
Manage materials: MDF, veneer, laminate, plywood, solid wood, hardware Ensureworkmanship quality, detailing, and finishing standards
Coordinate with polishing, carpentry, and installation teams Control wastage, rework, and production efficiency Support site teams with technical joinery solutionsRequirements
8-15 years experience
in joinery production/workshops Strong knowledge ofjoinery materials, finishes, and workmanship
Experience managingfactory teams and output quality
Ability to read basic drawings and specificationsPreferred
Previous role as workshop manager / senior joinery supervisor Experience in UAE joinery factories
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
