Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of 2D and 3D graphic designers.
• Develop and maintain advanced graphic templates, design standards, and presentation formats.
• Oversee quality control and ensure accuracy, clarity, and design consistency across all outputs.
• Create high-quality visual materials, including reports, boards, brochures, and presentations.
• Design complex layouts and reproduction-ready graphics for urban, architectural, and infrastructure projects.
• Support conceptual design by producing sketch renders, diagrams, and early-stage visualizations.
• Collaborate closely with technical leads, architects, and planners to communicate design intent effectively.
• Translate conceptual sketches into accurate visual representations using modeling and rendering software.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior graphic designers and visualizers.
• Coordinate workflow and ensure timely delivery of all graphic and presentation materials.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in architecture, engineering, or design studios.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Lumion, and related visualization tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining creative excellence.
• Hand-sketching ability and experience with 3D modeling are highly desirable.
• Previous experience in architectural or engineering environments preferred.
• Professional membership or design accreditation is an advantage.
