Job Description

- Managing all production activities as a Production Manager - Ensuring that all production equipment are in operating condition - Oversee the production processes and coordinate all activities to ensure enough resources on hand and workflow meets the required deadlines. - Responsible for allocating labour resources, tracking production schedules and cost adjustments to ensure production runs smoothly. - Managing a team of staff, primarily carpenters, engineers in the manufacturing process - Responsible for leading the whole production process of interior / joinery projects for customers - Regular meetings with the customers & stakeholders on the projects - Responsible for taking a design order process through to completion - Coordinating with all shop drawings, generating cutting lists and implementing quality control - Liaises with Design, Procurement and Projects coordinators - Production planning, scheduling, quality assurance and Health & Safety - Management of a pricing / budget & project P&L - Evaluating workers' performance as per ISO requirements Requirements - Minimum of 8+ years' similar experience in the Management of joinery / manufacturing industry specializing in Fit Out for the Retail sector - Degree in Engineering or equivalent - Broad knowledge of manufacturing and production processes and concepts. - Must have strong communication and Software skills - Great understanding of design drawings - Leadership skills managing a team - Must be able to cater the clients' requirements by providing a technical solution in the pre-sales process with the team.
