Job Description
FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITY
1. Creation & Issuance of Job Order
2. Project Conversion for Estimate Details
3. Maintaining & Updating Ongoing Project Status
4. Conduction of Weekly Project Meeting
5. Preparation & Creation of Project Schedule & Program of Works
6. Maintaining & Updating Work In Progress ( Factory / Site )
7. Project Monitoring & Log Files
8. Monitoring Outstanding Jobs ( Monthly Target )
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. Holder of Bachelor Degree in Engineering
2. Computer Literate. Proficient with Windows Systems- MS Word, Excel, Projects, Visio, Outlook
3. Adherence to working instructions and procedures in accordance with the company's Integrated Management System Policy.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Working conditions are normal for factory / projects site environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to AED12,000.00 per month
