Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced

Joinery Manager

to oversee all joinery operations, from workshop management to on-site coordination. The successful candidate will ensure high-quality production, efficient resource management, and timely project delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all joinery workshop and site activities. Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules to meet project timelines. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and design teams to ensure project requirements are met. Review and approve shop drawings, material selections, and samples. Ensure all joinery works are carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Lead and train a team of joiners, carpenters, and technicians to achieve operational efficiency. Monitor inventory levels, order materials, and control wastage. Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations within the workshop and at project sites. Resolve technical issues and ensure smooth workflow throughout all stages of production and installation. Report progress, productivity, and quality updates to senior management.

Requirements:

Minimum

5 years of experience

in joinery or woodworking management. Strong technical knowledge of joinery production, fabrication methods, and materials (wood, veneers, laminates, etc.). Proven experience managing joinery workshops or fit-out projects. Ability to read and interpret joinery/shop drawings. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and team management abilities. Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design tools is an advantage.

is preferred. Preferring candidates from India

Education:

Diploma or Degree in Carpentry, Wood Technology, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
